AIR TRAVEL NEWS – New Carry On Rules

New Carry-On Rules

As of Tuesday, September 26, 2006:

Travel-sized personal items including liquids, gels and aerosols – 3 oz or less – may now be carried through U.S. security checkpoints and onto the aircraft, so long as they are placed inside a clear (quart-sized or less) zip-top bag.

Drinks bought inside the airport, after you have passed through the security checkpoint (inside the sterile boarding area) are now allowed to be brought onto the plane.

Please check the TSA website for further updates http://www.tsa.gov/travelers/airtravel/prohibited/permitted-prohibited-items.shtm#0
