New Carry-On Rules
As of Tuesday, September 26, 2006:
Travel-sized personal items including liquids, gels and aerosols – 3 oz or less – may now be carried through U.S. security checkpoints and onto the aircraft, so long as they are placed inside a clear (quart-sized or less) zip-top bag.
Drinks bought inside the airport, after you have passed through the security checkpoint (inside the sterile boarding area) are now allowed to be brought onto the plane.
